BPL Are Looking To Recruit a Talented Office Manager!

We are excited to announce that we are looking to recruit a brand new office manager to join and oversee our office in Luton.

Key requirements:

– Experience within the office environment- previous managerial experience within the construction industry ideally in roofing

– carry out meetings with suppliers, clients and other office staff

-Assisting with Health and Safety requirements

-Forward planning and organising labour for jobs within your control whilst working with the rest of the team

-Manage the day to day ordering of materials, stock levels, tools and equipment as the contracts require.

• Assist in the day to day arranging of the installation employed / subcontract teams / issuing documents and compliance checks.
• Excellent planning & time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
• A great communicator, able to give support to other team members and converse with the customers.
• Flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve objectives and deadlines.

– Salary £25-£30k (dependant on experience)

-40 hrs/week mon-fri
